Founder & CEO

Natalee Holmes

Drawing upon her background in Psychology, education, and leadership development, Natalee is driven by a profound passion: assisting young individuals in navigating the transition from academia to the professional, adult realm.

Her journey began in 2019 when her eldest child embarked on his own post-school adventure. Feeling adrift amidst the vast expanse of opportuities, he sough direction and purpose. It was this pivotal moment that ignited Natalee’s vision: a Gap Year Programm that seamlessly blends excitement with enrichment.

Recognising the gap in available options, Natalee set out to craft a programme that transcends mere enjoyment, offering profound experiences and growth opportunities essential for maturing young adults. Drawing upon her extensive experience in counseling, coaching, education, and leadership development, she conceived the unique Future Leaders Gap Year Programme.

Her aspiration is simple yet profound: to afford every young person the chance to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through this programme, participants not only uncover their inner strengths and passions, and their ‘superpower’, but also chart a course towards meaningful contributions to the world. Her vision is to create a future generation of conscious, self-aware, socially responsible, competent adults.
